As a true southern MAMA, this has got to be
one of my FAVORITE times of year!
There is nothing more FUN than telling your teenage daughter to get herself out on those streets,
and shake what her mama gave her and don't come home without some BIG BEADS to show for it!
A Mardi Gras parade brings out the WILD side in everyone, no matter how shy you may be claim to be, by the time that music hits your ears and those floats start rolling by you will find yourself jumping up and down,
waving your hands in the air,
screaming "THROW ME SOMETHING MISTER!!!"
(even your Grandma will shove you out of the way to grab some GOODIES!)
because HAPPINESS is in the BIG CHEAP BEADS!
HE WHO DIES WITH MOST BEADS - WINS!
